Deciding What to Sign Up For
In order to facilitate participant enjoyment, safety, and personal growth, we provide information on staffing ratios, skills required and interests essential for most of our programs. Contact us for more information. If considering a program for the first time, you are strongly encouraged to make arrangements to visit a program one time before registering.
PCR reserves the right to determine any individual’s program participation.
Drop Off and Pick Up Policy
Please accompany your member into the program site and make sure there is staff on site. Members must be signed in and out at each program. Please be respectful and abide by published start and end times.
PCR Program Cancellation Policy
If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor/therapist illness, it is considered an “act of nature” and there will be no fee refunds.
PCR “Prorating Fees” Policy
There is no prorating of fees for sessions you select to miss or miss due to occasional illness. In the event of prolonged absences, PCR will consider prorating on a case-by-case basis.
PCR Inclement Weather Policy
If Montgomery County Public Schools are closed for the day or evening there will be no PCR programs that evening. If it is a weekend program about which you need to inquire, please call the office at 301-365 -0561. For Tuesday morning programs: if MCPS has a 2-hour delay or if schools are closed, the morning PCR programs are cancelled. Thursday morning’s Rhythmic Movement class runs on time, regardless of MCPS morning delays, but it is cancelled if schools are closed.
PCR provides supervision, according to the level appropriate to each program, ONLY during the published program times.
ALL program participants MUST complete and submit the registration form prior to attending ANY program. PCR must have COMPLETE and current emergency contact information for each participant.
PCR Late Fee
PCR will charge a late pick-up fee of $10.00 for every 15 minutes, or part thereof, that a PCR member is picked up after the published end of the program. The fee must be mailed to the office before the member can continue to participate in PCR programs. Drivers picking up multiple members are responsible for ALL fees for each member.
It is the responsibility of the members or their caregivers to promptly inform PCR of any changes in contact and/or emergency information. Information changes should be made by resubmitting a completed and updated registration form.
PROCESS FOR STUDIO 3F REGISTRATION and RSVPs
FOLLOW 3 STEPS FOR FUN AT STUDIO 3F:
1) REGISTER: Only 60 registrations will be accepted for each session of Studio 3F. Registrations will be taken on a first come-first served basis. To be accepted, all registration forms must be completed and signed. Registration does not guarantee a spot at Studio 3F (see step 2). All payments for this program should be made at the door; do not send payment with your registration form.
2) RSVP: You must RSVP to attend each Studio 3F. PCR will start accepting RSVPs at 12:01 AM on the first of the month. RSVPs will only be accepted for that particular month. You must RSVP for each session you plan on attending. Any RSVPs received before the published start time or date will be disregarded. There are only 45 spots available per month. RSVPs will be accepted by phone (301-365-0561) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). All RSVPs will be accepted based on time and date received, so RSVP early! All RSVPs received after the program is filled will be placed on a wait-list.
3) COME: Come to Studio 3F and have a great time!
Some Other Important Info
To Cancel Your RSVP: Call or email the above contacts by 5 PM the Wednesday before Studio 3F. This gives us some time to fill the spot from the wait-list. If you RSVP and do not attend you will automatically be placed at the bottom of the wait-list for the next month. If you break your RSVP a second time, you will lose your ability to RSVP for the rest of the session.
