Transition Times offers informational meetings to the families and caregivers of individuals with developmental differences who are transitioning to adult life. PCR collaborates with The Arc Montgomery County and MC Transitions to provide discussions on services and resources available, as well as the range of issues facing transitioning youth and their families. Participants hear how other families have faced challenges or solved a problem; they have a chance to network about opportunities in the community; and they support and are supported by other families, as well as make social connections.
