Transition Times is a joint project of Potomac Community Resources, Inc., The Arc Montgomery County and MC Transitions. Transition Times offers monthly meetings about services and resources for individuals with developmental differences who are transitioning to adult life, as well as information for their families. Participants at the meetings will learn about the range of issues facing transitioning youth and their families; they will hear how other families have faced challenges or solved a problem; they will have a chance to network about opportunities in the community; and they will support and be supported by other families and make social connections.
